By bringing RTC Offshore into the same interface as other sources, Offshore Hub gives users a more practical overview. A candidate can open the job page, filter by role or category and see whether a listing from RTC Offshore sits alongside similar opportunities from other sources. This makes it easier to decide where to spend time and which listings deserve a closer look.
The value is comparison
A single source can be useful, but comparison is where a hub becomes valuable. Candidates often want to know whether a vacancy is unique, whether similar roles are active elsewhere, or whether a job category has started moving again. A multi-source job board makes those patterns easier to spot, especially when the cards share the same structure.
RTC Offshore will continue to be treated as a source-owned listing channel. Offshore Hub should not replace the source page or pretend to own the application process.
