Personalhuset has been added to Offshore Hub to broaden the Norwegian recruitment coverage in the job engine. A useful offshore job platform should not depend on only one type of source. Some vacancies appear through specialist offshore agencies, some through maritime recruiters and some through wider recruitment channels that still carry roles relevant to offshore, industry, wind, vessels or technical operations.
By including Personalhuset, Offshore Hub gives candidates another source to compare in the same interface. The value is strongest when a candidate is not sure where the next relevant role will appear. Instead of checking several pages manually, the user can start with Offshore Hub and then open the original source when a card looks interesting.

More sources require better filtering
As the platform adds broader sources, the filter system becomes more important. Not every vacancy from a broad recruitment source will be relevant to the offshore audience. That means category mapping, role detection and manual review options matter. The aim is not to show everything. The aim is to show the right opportunities in a way that is easy to scan.
Personalhuset strengthens the source mix, but it also reinforces the need for good presentation. A role should be clear on desktop and mobile, the source should be visible, and unnecessary raw text should be avoided. Offshore Hub should feel curated even when the underlying sources have different formats.
This balance between coverage and quality will guide future source work. More data is useful only when the user still feels in control of the overview.
